Dr Caitlin Chasser is a highly experienced Sleep Practitioner and Medical Doctor with over 20 years’ clinical expertise. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based medicine, alongside a deep understanding of the complex relationship between sleep, health, and emotional wellbeing.
Her professional journey into sleep medicine was profoundly shaped by personal experience: a struggle with insomnia during a challenging period in her life. This sparked a decade-long exploration into how stress, hormonal health, and circadian rhythms interact — and how sleep can be restored using physiological, biological, and behavioural tools.
Dr Chasser now specialises in diagnosing and treating sleep difficulties in adults, from insomnia to disrupted sleep patterns. Drawing on her background in General Practice and a special interest in hormonal and women’s health, she offers a holistic and scientific approach to sleep therapy.
Her mission is simple: to help people reclaim deep, restorative sleep — and with it, a foundation for better health, resilience, and vitality.
