We offer two specific Half-Day (4-hour) Sleep Ambassador training courses, tailored for Leaders, Mental Health First Aiders, Wellbeing/EDI Champions, OH/EAP Leads or any equivalent role or individual ready to act as sleep champions inside an organisation.
All delegates receive a 'Sleep Ambassador' accreditation, signifying readiness to lead sleep-wellness initiatives internally.

For individual organisations with a number of MHFA's / HR or Wellbeing Leads. Includes tailored case-studies, data capture and impact reporting, bespoke resources and in-house education packs and toolkits.

Open 'Central' Training
For companies with 1-2 MHFA's or independent attendees. Quarterly public cohorts (London, South West, North) with optional hybrid streaming. Includes education packs and toolkits.
