I'm Polly. I am a sleep consultant, educator and co-founder here at The Sleep Project.
I am the European Director for the Association of Professional Sleep Consultants (APSC), and have helped countless individuals and families improve their sleep through practical, compassionate and evidence-based support. 
I am known for my warm and down-to-earth approach, and I'm passionate about making better sleep feel achievable, even when things have felt difficult for a long time.
