BABY Sleep Hub
Supporting working parents matters, because you shouldn’t have to muddle through on your own.
That’s why The Sleep Project has partnered with The People Practice Group. Together, we support parents as they move into life with a new baby and, when the time comes, find their way back to work. And in almost every back-to-work chat, the same thing comes up: sleep. When your nights are broken, it knocks your confidence, your mood, and your energy, and it’s hard to know what’s normal, what’s worth trying, and what will actually make a difference.
Welcome to the Baby Sleep Hub. Here you’ll find expert guidance, practical tips, and specialist resources to help you understand your baby’s sleep and gently improve it over time. Whether you’re navigating tricky naps and night waking, or simply want to feel more confident about your baby’s sleep needs, we’re here to support you, helping you get as much much-needed rest as possible.
If you’d like more personalised support, you can also book an individual consultation and speak with one of our sleep specialists whenever you feel ready.

What's inside your Baby Sleep Hub box
👶For Baby
Mini suitcase – A memory box that grows with your baby! Perfect for storing doll clothes, turning into a toy bed, carrying a mini picnic, or keeping little treasures like hair ties or toy cars. The possibilities are endless!
Plush bunny – A comforting attachment toy that can make a real difference in sleep and emotional support. Whether it’s bedtime, nursery time, or travel time, this little friend will be there to help. Let your baby cuddle it during the day, but for safety, avoid placing it in the cot before 6 months. If it becomes a favourite, let us know—we can send you a backup (because losing a favourite cuddly toy is never fun).
Dummy – Sucking is a natural self-soothing reflex for newborns, helping them feel calm and relaxed, and can offer protection against SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome).
Swaddle blanket – Provides comfort by mimicking the cosy feeling of the womb, helping babies sleep longer and more soundly. Check out our swaddling guide for safe and effective techniques.
Baby sleep spray – A gentle, relaxing scent designed to create a calm and restful atmosphere, helping your baby drift into deep, restorative sleep.
👩‍👦For Parents
Relaxing tea – Whether you're taking turns or going to bed early, this tea helps calm the nervous system and soothe you between your baby’s night wakings.
Sleep mask – Rest when your baby rests! Sleep deprivation is tough, but a simple mask can help you recharge during naps and improve your nighttime sleep quality.
Relaxing pillow spray – A light, calming scent to help you unwind and drift off. Don’t worry, it won’t make you sleep too deeply—you’ll still hear your baby when they need you.
Hand cream – A little self-care goes a long way. Take a moment to treat yourself—you deserve it! A well-rested, happy parent means a happy baby.
